These Terms of Business govern the relationship between Adapt Building Solutions (“we”, “us”) and our clients (“you”) when engaging our building and maintenance services.
1. Services
We agree to provide services as outlined in agreed quotes or written correspondence. All services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings must be confirmed via our online form or in writing. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in your quote. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
4. Health & Safety
We adhere to all UK health and safety regulations. Clients must ensure safe site access and disclose any known hazards.
5. Liability
We are insured for public liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of project completion.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the site, and clear instructions. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect timelines.
7. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator before pursuing legal remedies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
